Beginner
This class is perfect for beginners or those recovering from an injury.
Description: This class introduces the essential Pilates repertoire on the Mat, Reformer, Tower, or Chair. You’ll learn proper body alignment, breath control, and core engagement. You’ll focus on mastering the fundamental exercises with emphasis on form, precision, and flow.
Goal: Build strength, stability, and confidence in the classical system while developing an understanding of how each exercise will eventually bridge you to more challenging classes.
Intermediate
This intermediate level is recommended for those who have some previous Pilates experience.
Description: This level builds on the foundational work with more complex transitions and variations. You’ll move at a steadier rhythm, integrating Joseph Pilates’ principles of Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision, Breath, and Flow. Enhance your strength, mobility, balance, and endurance.
Goal: Connect the body’s systems into a seamless flow of movement — maintaining control and precision as intensity increases.
Advanced
In this advanced class, various Pilates equipment experience is required.
Description: For experienced practitioners familiar with the full range of equipment and classical sequences. Emphasis will be geared toward deep Powerhouse control, dynamic spinal articulation, stamina, and precision through full classical repertoire.
Goal: Achieve a true sense of Control — moving with strength, grace, and technique through the complete Pilates system.
Jump Board
This is an intermediate class using the reformer jump board.
Description: A fun way to get your heart rate up while still focusing on the Pilates principles. We’ll use the reformer to warm up and strengthen your core before using the jump board for low impact cardio.
Goal: A great mix of building full body strength with low impact cardio.
Balance & Stretch
This class is open to all levels
Description: You’ll work on improving balance, core strength, and lengthening your body. This class moves at a slower pace using the Pilates equipment to help stretch your body. The class is great on its own, or paired with another class.
Goal: Build strength and balance to move with confidence and grace.
