Cancellations:
-If you need to cancel a class, you must cancel online or through the app
-To avoid losing your group class credit, please cancel at least 12 hours before class starts. If you late cancel, less than 12 hours before class, you will lose that credit.
-To avoid losing your private session credit, please cancel at least 24 hours before your session starts. If you late cancel, less than 24 hours before your class, you will lose that credit.
-Membership cancellations require 30 days notice. Members must send an email to Ruby@progresspilatesstudio.com to cancel.
Class Reminders:
-Please arrive to class at least 5 minutes early.
-Generally, the front area will not be staffed once a class is in progress; therefore, the Entrance door will be locked 5 minutes after class starts.
-A late arrival will count as an absence and you will lose your credit.
-Wear grip socks for “slip” safety.
Purchase Reminders:
-You have 30 days from date of purchase to use your membership credits.
-Credits may not be rolled over past the 30 day period.
-Class passes, versus membership credits, have an expiration of 60 days.
-Private session packages have an expiration of 60 days for the 4 pack and 90 days for the 8 pack.
Inclement Weather Policy:
We will typically follow WCASD. If there is a school delay, morning classes will be cancelled. We will update in the morning about 11am, 12pm, and evening classes. If schools close, we will evaluate the evening classes by noon. An update on the status for all classes will be emailed and posted on social media at least 2 hours before class starts.
If classes are cancelled, you will be re-credited. If classes are on and you do not feel safe driving, please email Ruby@ProgressPilatesStudio.com and I will cancel your class and recredit the session.
